Celebrate National Cheeseburger Day w/ a Twist at Metro Diner + Pumpkin Griddles



Are you a cheeseburger lover? Right in time for National Cheeseburger Day celebrated on Monday, September 18, Metro Diner is unveiling its twist on the juicy handheld with their Loaded Burger Bowl featuring a 100% Angus burger that’s topped with melted American cheese, crisp lettuce, diced tomatoes, onions, pickles and, drizzled with a secret sauce - all served over seasoned fries!

Additional bowls Metro Diner is cooking up include:


· Teriyaki Steak Bowl: Seasoned sirloin steak, drizzled with a sweet teriyaki sauce, topped with scallions and served over white rice and a veggie mix of shredded carrots, red cabbage, corn, green peppers, and onion.


· Hawaiian Pork Bowl: Marinated pork topped with scallions and diced jalapeños, drizzled with a kickin’ pineapple-orange sauce and served over white rice and a veggie mix of shredded carrots, red cabbage, corn, green peppers, and onion.

For a sweet treat, Metro Diner has also launched their seasonal Pumpkin Griddles featuring homemade bread pudding, pancakes and a Belgian waffle and all infused with pumpkin, topped with cream cheese icing, candied pecans, and cinnamon butter.
