Named one of the best hotel bars around the world by Travel + Leisure, L.A. Jackson is giving locals and visitors to the Music City new reasons to visit the popular indoor/outdoor rooftop playground. With sweeping views of the city, new seasonal dishes and an array of summer-inspired cocktails, L.A. Jackson is the perfect perch to while away long weekend days.

Prosciutto and Camembert toast features honey dijonnaise, arugula and is topped with a soft-boiled egg; Gravlax toast features cured salmon, cucumber, cream cheese, caper, red onion and dill; French toast includes fresh seasonal berries, whipped cream cheese and mint; and an Almond Butter toast features banana, hot honey, cacao nibs, pecan granola. Those looking for heartier options will love the Hangover Cure toast with a beef patty, melted cheddar, special sauce and pickled onions. Sides include Bag O’ Potatoes, bacon and a selection of seasonal berries.

Of course, no brunch is complete without boozy offerings and the L.A. Jackson bar team is slinging an array of inventive beverages. New libations include Riot Punch – rum, amaretto, cherry, pineapple, lemon and soda; Dismisinformation – Buffalo Trace bourbon, yellow chartreuse, lemon, cucumber and mint; and More Life – Corralejo tequila, curacao, lime, passionfruit and chili in a spicy salt rimmed glass. New large format cocktails, perfect for sharing include Body Count (serves 6-12) – Campesino and Batavia-Arrack rums, mint, lemon and cava served in a beautiful crystal punch bowl with floating flowers and Where’s The Pool? (serves 4-8) – a tiki-inspired cocktail featuring Fords gin, Crème de Violette, blue curacao, lemon, pineapple and coconut served in a playful setup with inflatable floaties, umbrellas and an Igloo water cooler. Guests can stick around after brunch and continue the party with cocktails and live DJ entertainment (beginning at 2PM).
